Yes. Your value begins with your relationships and the trust you've built. You don't need to be employed, have an investment background, or know the intricacies of a deal. We help you identify relevant contacts, prepare a focused list and use approved introductory wording. Our investment team handles the rest.
What exactly is my role?
Share a brief, general overview of the project and ask whether they'd like to meet W68 Group. With their permission, make the introduction. You don't give investment advice, negotiate terms, handle money, manage the project or guarantee performance.
What projects does W68 work on?
Trophy real estate in the United States, backed by established operators with decades of expertise who invest their own capital alongside investors. Projects are typically $100–150M, with individual investments usually $1–10M.
